POPS AND BANGS

It is made by changing the Ignition timing at low rpm of the engine a slight enrichment of the fuel mixture may be added making pops, bangs and flames even more noticeable. This tuning can be made on all types of gasoline and diesel engines. Turbo is not a requirement for pops and bangs the only difference between cars with and without turbo is that turbocharged cars will benefit from the Anti-Lag feature. Many manufacturers offer pop and bang modification as a feature for their sport cars and they come with regular warranty and safety claims. These include some of the most famous brands such as AMG Models - Mercedes Benz, M Models - BMW and RS Models of group VAG. So yes pops and bangs if done right are completely safe for sport cars.

The bad side of pop and bang
All of the bad sides are inherent due to the pop and bang mechanism and the most devastating ones come from modifications which are not performed properly. if they tell you they are completely safe this is not true. The worst side effects for your engine include damage to the valves and piston heads due to explosions that occur at very high temperatures. Damages to the turbocharger can also occur. For production cars these components are not designed to operate at such high temperatures. For the safe operation of this modification and to keep engine temperatures lower the vehicle catalytic converter should be removed. If done properly well tested pops and bangs are safe.

We have developed pop and bang modifications for the most popular car brands on the market such as Audi, BMW, Citroen, Ferrari, Ford, Fiat, Lamborghini, Lancia, Mercedes Benz, Mini, Peugeot, Porsche, Renault, Seat, Volkswagen, Skoda, Volvo and many more. Currently we can provide pop and bang tuning for numerous ECUs made by Bosch, Delphi, Siemens, Delphi, Denso, etc.
