What is Stage 1?
Stage 1 remap is specifically designed for a completely stock car. The parameters controlled by the ECU are modified through software with the aim of improving the performance of your vehicle's engine. In this way we can get more horsepower, more torque and even a reduction in consumption. The values of the catalytic converter, particulate filters are no changed, the Stage 1 can work without any changes of engine or car modification....

The ECU is the main module of the car that controls the operation and performance of the engine in all aspects, starting the engine, idling, revolutions, acceleration, speed, etc... The ECU works with values and parameters programmed by the vehicle manufacturer, By changing these values and parameters, more power and more efficient operation of the car is achieved.
The ECU controls parameters such as:
- Ignition advances
- Injection times
- Injection time
- Injection pressure
- Constant turbo charge and pressure
- Torque limiters

Can a Stage 1 remap damage your car
It doesn't matter what the engine is, gasoline or diesel, a well-made Stage 1 can't hurt them
Automotive engines operate between 70 and 80 percent of their true power capability and therefore Stage 1 cannot damage or overload the engine. This is seen more and more in recent car models where the same engines are used in the different versions of the same car model. For example, the same 2.0 diesel engine is sold at different prices with output power between 120 hp and 190 hp. The engine with 120 hp is installed in the cheap version, the expensive version of the model is equipped with the same engine but with 190 hp. In this way manufacturers save a lot of engine development and testing costs.
What power will you get with stage 1
With turbo engines, the power can be increased up to 30 percent, it all depends on the cubic capacity of the engine. From an atmospheric engine you can get up to 15% hp gains and torque.
The cubic capacity refers to the volume of a cylinder between the upper point inside the cylinder head to the bottom dead centre of the piston. The engine capacity is the sum of all the capacities of all the cylinders taken together, depending on the number of cylinders.
Does Stage 1 reduce fuel consumption
By correctly calculating the power-torque ratio, fuel consumption can be reduced by up to 20 percent. Fuel economy is greater with diesel cars, with gasoline cars, 10 percent fuel economy is achieved. The fuel economy is especially noticeable on large industrial vehicles, trucks, buses, farm machinery, construction equipment, boats, but let's repeat, this is only achieved with a properly well done Stage 1.
